We prepare traditional Basque cuisine using the freshest fish, vegetables, and meats of the season, purchased daily from our trusted local suppliers in the San Sebastián markets.

IBAI offers two set menus: €190 and €210. Both menus include a broth, snacks, a selection of starters, a main course featuring the best fish of the day, a board of artisanal cheeses, dessert, and petit fours. We also offer additional off-menu dishes for those seeking an even more exclusive experience, available at an extra cost.

To personalize your menu and ensure the best possible experience, please let us know at the time of booking about any allergies, intolerances, or ingredients you simply don’t enjoy.

Cancellation Policy:

We open our reservations three months in advance. If you wish to book further ahead, please contact us at reservas@baribai.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

We operate under a very strict cancellation policy to protect our small business.

Due to the limited size of our restaurant, cancellations or changes in party size are accepted free of charge up to 7 days before the reservation date. Any cancellations or modifications after this time—or failure to show up—will incur a €190 per person fee.

If there are fewer than 7 days until your reservation, please inform us of any changes as soon as possible by email at reservas@baribai.com.

About Allergies:

Our menu is based on seasonal fish, shellfish, and vegetables.
Due to the nature of our cuisine, we kindly ask that you notify us of any allergies or intolerances at least 48 hours before your reservation.
We strongly discourage reservations for guests with severe allergies or intolerances, as the small size of our kitchen makes it impossible to guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Requests regarding allergies or dietary restrictions will be accommodated at our discretion based on feasibility.
