Yes. Once your reservation is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, please contact us at:reservas@baribai.com. Seven days before your reservation date, you will receive a reminder email where you may confirm or cancel your reservation free of charge (see cancellation policy below).
Cancellations must be made via email at reservas@baribai.com and follow our timeline below:
Reservations for up to 5 guests: modifications or cancellations accepted free of charge up to 7 days before the reservation date.
Reservations for up to 15 guests: same policy—modifications or cancellations accepted up to 7 days prior.
Groups over 15 guests: modifications accepted up to 7 days prior without penalty.
Cancellations or changes made after the deadline, or no-shows, will incur a fee of €190 per person.

IBAI is located at Calle Getaria 15, in San Sebastián.
We do not have private parking, but there are two public parking garages within 500 meters: Parking Buen Pastor and Parking del Bulevar.
Our menu is based on fresh, seasonal ingredients.
If you or any guest has allergies or intolerances, please inform us at least 7 days in advance.
Otherwise, we cannot guarantee we’ll be able to adapt the menu.

We do not have a dress code. What matters most to us is that you feel comfortable and enjoy your meal.
lWe kindly ask all our guests to be on time to fully enjoy the experience. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, we may consider it a no-show.
We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and cash in euros.
We do not offer a children's menu. If you visit us with children, they must dine from the same menu as adults. For this reason, we do not recommend bringing children under 10 years old. We also do not provide high chairs.
